Description
● Suitable for balance correction of brushless rotors with different shapes on the left and right sides, material weight removal block/fan blade (copper block, plastic fan blade, metal fan blade….).
● For magnetic brushless rotors.
● Hard support double-sided balance measurement.
● Double machining spindles (one with Z-axis control).
● Balance correction can be done with drills, milling cutters or grinding heads.
● Compact design of the machine, small footprint.
● 10" color touch screen.
Applications
● AB2X:
- Manual pick and place operation, automatic operation of measurement and correction.
- Equipped with a signal terminal to connect to the customer's pick-and-place device.
● AB3X:
-With conveyor belt, can be connected with automatic line.
-With defective product storage area.
